About this Role:

  • We are seeking a Change Management Specialist to collaborate with stakeholders and drive business change initiatives.
  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining programme or project benefits, assessing progress towards benefit realisation, and implementing changes to achieve measurable improvements in business operations.
  • You will also brief stakeholders on planned change, monitor and supervise changes to business processes and systems, technology, job roles, and structures within the organisation.
  • Additionally, you will deliver change within Agile Delivery and Agency Governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • A minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in change management is essential for this role.
  • You must be able to collect and analyse data to provide 'as is' and 'to be' descriptions as well as the change gap.
  • Demonstrated experience preparing high quality documentation such as change vision, case for change, stakeholder engagement strategy, change impact assessment, business cases, business analysis plans, business process maps and operating models, and business benefits documentation is required.
  • You will also need to provide advice on change management processes and methods.
  • Proven communication skills including identifying and engaging effectively with stakeholders, conducting workshops, stakeholder interviews and meetings are necessary.
  • Proven self-management skills including time management and self-organisation skills are also required.
  • You must have the ability to influence others and achieve common goals through excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.

Requirements:

  • A minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in change management including managing and liaising with diverse stakeholder groups, collecting and analysing data and providing advice on change management processes and methods is required.
  • Proven communication skills including identifying and engaging effectively with stakeholders, conducting workshops, stakeholder interviews and meetings are necessary.
  • Proven self-management skills including time management and self-organisation skills are also required.
  • You must have the ability to influence others and achieve common goals through excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
