Business Transformation Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Business Transformation Lead to drive organisational change and deliver measurable improvements in business operations.

  • Determine programme or project benefits, assess progress towards benefit realisation and implement change to achieve tangible results in business operations.
  • Brief stakeholders on planned change and provide regular updates to ensure effective communication.
  • Monitor and supervise changes to business processes and systems, technology, job roles, and structures within the organisation.
  • Promote transformation within Agile Delivery frameworks.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in change management with a proven track record of delivering successful transformations.
  • The ability to collect and analyse data to provide 'as is' and 'to be' descriptions as well as the change gap.
  • Demonstrated expertise in preparing high-quality documentation such as change visions, stakeholder engagement strategies, change impact assessments, business cases, business analysis plans, business process maps, and operating models.
  • The capacity to advise on change management processes and methods.
  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to identify and engage effectively with stakeholders, conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and meetings.
  • Proven self-management skills with the ability to work independently.
  • The capability to influence others and achieve common goals.
