Our organization seeks an experienced Change Enablement Specialist to lead and coordinate change management activities across a multi-provider environment.

Job Description:

This is a critical role in ensuring seamless transitions, minimal service disruption, and alignment with SIAM governance frameworks. As a Change Enablement Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing and managing Change Advisory Board (CAB) protocols and change approval hierarchies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end change management workflows, ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Coordinate change requests and scheduling across providers to minimize service impact.
  • Monitor and report on the impact of changes to services and business operations.
  • Align IT Service Management (ITSM) processes with business objectives to deliver structured change frameworks.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure successful change delivery across highly secured and consulting environments.
Requirements:

To be successful as a Change Enablement Specialist, you will require:

  • Proven experience: In business analysis, process design, and organizational change.
  • Strong background: In Change Enablement within both public and private sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability: To work within SIAM governance models.
  • Expertise: In ITSM alignment, change frameworks, and service transition.
  • Excellent skills: In stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Desirable experience: Working in Defence or consulting environments.
