Business Transformation Specialist

This exciting opportunity is available for a seasoned Business Change professional to lead business transformation initiatives within our Defence organisation.

As a trusted advisor, you will apply your expertise in management and business change techniques, including business process modelling and re-engineering, to drive lasting improvements across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive business transformation plans aligned with organisational goals.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes through collaborative working practices.
  • Providing strategic guidance on business operations and recommending process improvements.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and change management strategies.
  • Monitoring and evaluating programme performance to inform future enhancements.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Defence or a related field, demonstrating a deep understanding of Defence structures and culture.
  • Proven marketing and communication skills to effectively sell program visions to staff at all levels.
  • Knowledge of relevant management and business change techniques, such as business process modelling and re-engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility.
