  • Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure successful change delivery across highly secured and consulting environments.">

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in business analysis, process design, and organisational change.">
  • Strong background in Change Enablement within both public and private sectors.">
  • Demonstrated ability to work within SIAM governance models.">
  • Expertise in ITSM alignment, change frameworks, and service transition.">
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.">
  • Experience working in Defence or consulting environments is highly desirable.">
