Job Role: ICT Change Officer

Division Responsibilities:

The Reform Implementation Division (RID) plays a key role in leading reform of Australia's aged care system through the Government's response to the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety. Our division achieves this by developing evidence-based policy to support more sustainable ageing policy and an aged care system better tailored to the needs and expectations of older Australians.

We also oversee the implementation of the reform agenda in line with Government commitments, lead ICT strategy and business assurance activities to achieve aged care digital business outcomes, and communicate, engage stakeholders and manage change to support transformational change in the sector.
