Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and improve profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with national trade partners, including key account management and negotiation
- Partner with marketing and category teams to develop and execute shopper solutions and drive market execution
- Lead forecast planning and financial management to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting
- Represent Reckitt's commercial interests and negotiate value-based trading terms with customers
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven track record in managing national account sales within FMCG or related consumer-focused markets
- Strong commercial insight and P&L management skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
