Key Responsibilities:
- Manage caseloads effectively;
- Apply clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomes;
- Develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs;
- Collaborate with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals;
- Assist individuals in achieving return to health and return to work outcomes;
Requirements:
- Hold tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Health Sciences or Rehabilitation Counselling;
- Be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as a Psychologist or hold eligibility for Associate or Full membership with the Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors;
- Have previous experience working in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry;
