Job Opportunity: Occupational Rehabilitation Professional

In this role, you will work closely with clients who have experienced injuries or health conditions, providing them with personalized support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
">As an Occupational Rehabilitation Professional, your duties will include:

- Case management: You will be responsible for managing caseloads of clients, working closely with them to identify their needs and develop tailored plans to support their return to work.">
- Applying clinical knowledge: You will apply your expertise in occupational therapy to improve return-to-work outcomes for clients, working collaboratively with employers, employees, and other healthcare professionals.">
- Developing injury prevention programs: You will work with clients and employers to develop and implement injury prevention programs, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.">
Key qualifications and skills required for this role include:

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy registered with AHPRA">
- Previous experience working in the occupational rehabilitation industry (highly regarded)">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team">
- Comprehensive understanding of occupational rehabilitation principles and practices">
