The role of an Onboarding Specialist is pivotal in ensuring a seamless client onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee effective client onboarding.
  • Oversee the entire client onboarding process, including data uploads, working with creative assets and segmenting client data for performance analysis.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients via email, phone and in-person, providing expert guidance on our products and services.
  • Manage project schedules, coordinating internal resources to meet deadlines while ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals.
  • Create comprehensive written materials, guides and ongoing support to enhance customer understanding and effective usage of our offerings.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a client-facing role within a digital environment, preferably in onboarding or similar.
  • Experience working in a multi-channel digital role such as email, SMS and WhatsApp.
  • Project Management experience and proficiency in using project management tools is advantageous.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Fantastic attention to detail, particularly when working against tight deadlines.
  • Proactive and confident, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their agencies.
