Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the management of all facets of facilities management. This includes providing expert advice and services on specifications, drawings, quotations, and technical reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies for managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Provide authoritative advice and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior management to achieve organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate records and reports for project progress.
- Analyse data to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Project Management or Engineering.
- Proven experience in Mandatory Regulations pertaining to hospital environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a high-volume work environment.
