**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facility Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will involve leading the operation of designated buildings, managing site facilities, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and control shift operations teams to ensure building systems operate smoothly.
  • Assess works performed by operation teams and review service reports to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
  • Work with facility management partners and specialist vendors to optimize planned preventive maintenance programs.
  • Review and improve existing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Mentor and coach operation team members to develop their competencies.

**Requirements:**

  • Degree qualified in a related field, such as Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role.
  • Technical background or knowledge in engineering or hard services is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver parallel work streams to deadlines.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to facilitate conversations with key stakeholders.
  • Self-starter and capable individual contributor.
