Job Title: Facilities Management Specialist

Located in Parramatta, Sydney, we are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Facilities Management Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity to join our team as a key player in providing high-quality facilities management services.

Responsibilities:

  • To undertake a range of facilities management activities, including but not limited to, space management, maintenance, and upkeep of facilities.
  • To liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure that facilities meet business needs.
  • To identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of relevant legislation, APS policies, procedures, and processes related to facilities management.
  • An ability to exercise judgment in accordance with documented precedents or procedures to resolve moderately complex issues.
