Step into a high-impact National Facilities Manager role with a leading FM provider, overseeing operations and service delivery across multiple states. Based in Sydney or Melbourne, you will drive performance, manage contractors, and ensure our clients receive exceptional service every time.
The Role:
- Oversee national facilities contracts across maintenance, HVAC and compliance
- Manage multi-site operations, budgets and urgent service requests
- Build strong client relationships and deliver on service level agreements
- Lead contractor onboarding, inductions and performance reviews
About You:
- Proven experience in senior FM or multi-site service management
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident with FM systems, reporting and compliance requirements
- Willing to travel interstate as required
