Strategic HR Leader
">- Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Strategic HR Leader to partner with our high-performing team.
About the Position:
As a Strategic HR Leader, you will be responsible for collaborating with the business to understand their needs and providing guidance on the development and implementation of initiatives that enhance employee retention and engagement, foster a positive culture, and drive high performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing talent engagement strategies
- Managing employee relations and resolving conflicts effectively
- Leading talent programs and initiatives
- Designing remuneration and reward structures
- Coaching leaders and other HR professionals
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on strategic partnership and generalist HR roles
- Proven track record in delivering HR Business Partnering services in a matrix organisation or larger-scale employer
- Experience working in Professional Services, Customer, Digital, and Tech industries
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to design and deliver effective talent programs
- Previous experience in ER case management and coaching leaders
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
