Strategic Talent Development Manager

Job Opportunity
Job Overview:A key role exists within our global People team where you'll collaborate with regional counterparts across the enterprise to deliver our global talent strategy and ambitions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and lead the global talent and succession planning cadence, ensuring alignment with key people priorities.
- Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader in talent strategy, assessment methodology, systems, and enablement.
- Deliver high-impact reporting for executive and board audiences.
- Ensure governance and compliance across global talent activities.
- Build strong relationships across the People function and senior stakeholders.
- Bring external insights to inform and evolve our talent practices.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure successful program delivery.
- Utilize data to measure impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Champion a high-performing global Talent Community of Practice.
Proven experience in organisational psychology, talent management or organisational development is essential. Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills are also required. A strategic mindset with the ability to translate ideas into action is vital. Excellent communication and storytelling skills across audiences are necessary. A passion for continuous improvement and future-focused thinking is highly desirable. Experience managing complex programs and external partnerships is an advantage.
