Job Opportunity: Learning and Capability Manager

About the Role
  • Developing a data-driven learning strategy that addresses current and future capability requirements.
  • Establishing robust governance ensuring seamless integration and strategic alignment of all learning initiatives across PEXA.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Formulate and execute a forward-thinking learning strategy that cultivates top talent and builds critical capabilities.
  2. Lead the development and delivery of the PEXA Academy, creating a high-performance culture aligned with our DEI vision.
  3. Cultivate and manage our ecosystem of learning providers, negotiating strategic partnerships that maximise value and impact.
  4. Champion learning initiatives that actively promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, creating equitable growth opportunities across all roles and demographics.
  5. Implement robust measurement frameworks capturing qualitative and quantitative learning effectiveness.
