**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Talent Development Expert to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our organization by driving strategic talent initiatives that support business growth and success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide strategic support to internal stakeholders in talent and capability planning, change management, and offer specialized advice on people-related matters.
  • Collaborate with the business to foster the growth of people leaders, focusing on performance and development, coaching, and well-being.
  • Work closely with the broader Business Partnering and the wider HR team to implement strategies within your client group that support talent management, succession planning, mentoring, and upskilling for employees.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Hold qualifications in Human Resources (or a related discipline) with HR experience, preferably in the retail, consumer goods, or supply chain industry.
  • Have a strong track record of partnering and engaging with Leadership Teams to drive positive outcomes for your client group.
  • Possess knowledge and experience in organizational development and change management.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced team and supporting a dynamic business. Your ability to prioritize and manage timelines will be crucial to your success.
