Job Title: Technical Systems and Solutions SupportAbout the Role

This is a hands-on role that requires close collaboration with technical, sales, marketing, and customer service teams. As a Technical Systems and Solutions Support professional, you will provide technical advice and support to customers, distributors, and internal teams via phone, email, and in person.

You will also be responsible for developing and delivering practical and technical training, in person or online, to new and existing customers, distributors, and staff from our location in Sydney or locations around Australia.

In addition, you will design, detail, and build prototypes for testing and demonstration purposes, roll out new products and system upgrades, and support the innovation team in developing new products and construction systems for application in Australia.

As a key member of our team, you will ensure information and training content is technically accurate and collaborate with marketing to create engaging, science-based technical content and collateral.

Requirements
  • Vocational education in carpentry, joinery, or construction
  • 3-5+ years' experience in construction
  • Practical experience in the construction industry and knowledge of building codes (Australia/NZ) preferred
  • Experience in technical training and customer support
  • Proficiency with design software (AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, SketchUp) is preferred
  • Certified Passive House Tradesperson (or willingness to obtain)
