Senior Structural Engineer Role

We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join our Buildings team in NSW. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead impactful projects that leave a lasting legacy, working in a supportive, people-first environment.

The Senior Structural Engineer will be responsible for delivering structural designs and managing projects for buildings across multiple markets, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.

You will collaborate with architects, clients, and other engineers to develop innovative and practical design solutions.

You will prepare and review drawings, specifications, and technical reports to support project delivery.

You will undertake structural analysis and modelling using industry-standard design software.

You will provide technical input during project meetings and support construction teams with design queries and site-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrated experience in the design and documentation of new building structures, as well as modification of existing building structures to Australian Codes.
  • Ability to take on complex challenges autonomously and to provide solutions to these complex challenges through research.
  • Focus on client & design service excellence, particularly in infrastructure, defence, health, education, airport & data centre experience.
  • Ability to lead the delivery of our projects collaborating both internally and externally with design teams, modellers and stakeholders.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil/Structural Engineering.
