Regulatory Reporting Manager

Job Description:

We're looking for a highly skilled Risk & Regulatory Manager to lead client engagements and guide team members through complex compliance practices. As a key member of our Risk & Regulatory Advisory team, you'll use your knowledge of regulatory topics like customer experience and remediation, prudential risk management and regulatory compliance to provide specialist advice to superannuation clients.

Our team works from anywhere, so your strong communication skills and team ethos will get a workout. You'll learn plenty as you lead a team that provides assurance to some of Australia's largest financial service organizations.

Day to day, you'll use your background in law, accounting, internal audit or financial services to help major financial institutions improve their process and governance according to regulatory requirements. As a leader, you'll grow your leadership and project management skills as you drive end-to-end engagements with superannuation clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead client engagements and guide team members through complex compliance practices
  • Provide specialist advice to superannuation clients on regulatory topics like customer experience and remediation, prudential risk management and regulatory compliance
  • Use your background in law, accounting, internal audit or financial services to help major financial institutions improve their process and governance according to regulatory requirements

This role requires a degree and/or field of study in a relevant area such as law, accounting, internal audit or financial services. Certifications such as CPA, CA or CFA are also desirable. Travel Requirements: Up to 20%
