Job Overview

As a key professional in the risk and compliance arena, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our organization operates safely and responsibly.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise and provide expert advice and proactive support to senior stakeholders across various functions, promoting effective risk management and strategic alignment.

  • Lead initiatives to increase awareness and embed our risk and compliance frameworks, linking strategy with risk appetite, assessments, controls, and incident management.
  • Provide oversight and challenge on key business activities, including new proposals, products, systems, and processes—ensuring compliance obligations and risks are well managed.
  • Manage a control testing program, focusing on treasury and finance-related controls as well as people systems' risks.
  • Support the development and monitoring of scenario and stress testing frameworks, including governance, policies, and facilitation.
  • Provide trusted risk and compliance advice to senior leaders, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
  • Drive continuous improvement in risk and compliance management—updating policies, training, and guidance to meet regulator expectations and business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors and support regulatory engagement, submissions, and compliance activities.
  • Actively monitor the legislative environment, advising on changes that impact financial and people risk, and integrating them into planning and policy.
  • Contribute to training, reporting, and governance forums—promoting values-driven culture, capability uplift, and informed decision making across the organization.
