Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Risk and Compliance Professional to lead our risk and compliance strategy.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of superannuation and financial services, with experience in managing risk and regulatory requirements.

They will be responsible for developing and implementing risk management frameworks, collaborating with stakeholders, and mentoring a team of risk and compliance professionals.

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of risk management strategies
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive positive change outcomes
  • Mentor and develop a team of risk and compliance professionals
  • Be the subject matter expert on superannuation risk and compliance
  • Develop and implement effective risk management frameworks
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary education in finance, business, project management, risk and compliance management or law
  • Professional certification from relevant institutes
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior risk and compliance role
  • Exceptional leadership abilities and strong influencing capabilities
  • Strong project management skills and experience in delivering continuous improvement initiatives
