Risk & Compliance Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Risk & Compliance leader to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who can build, lead and develop a high-performing Risk & Compliance team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for ensuring that our business operates in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management principles, regulatory frameworks and compliance standards. You will be able to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable business solutions, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to implement process and system controls.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Buiding, leading and developing a high-performing Risk & Compliance team
- Working collaboratively with business stakeholders to identify, design, build and implement process and system controls to drive compliance with regulatory requirements
- Designing, building, implementing and running a self-assessment process across the Retail Division to test processes / systems to ensure compliance with regulatory instruments
In addition to your technical skills and experience, we are looking for someone who is proactive, curious and passionate about delivering excellent results.
