Your Role: Delivering Exceptional Guest Experiences

As a Full-Time Room Attendant at The Ritz-Carlton, you embody our legendary service. You will ensure that the 'Gold Standards' of our hotel are delivered graciously and thoughtfully every day.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support the Housekeeping team with general operational tasks.
  • Be an expert on the luxury hotel and surrounding area to exceed guest expectations.
  • Turnover rooms in an efficient manner to meet timelines and operational needs.
  • Handle guest room experiences and maintain the highest standard of cleanliness with attention to detail.
  • Maintain equipment to ensure seamless operations.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Build relationships with existing and new guests, exemplifying our legendary service.
Requirements:
  • Experience in housekeeping in luxury properties would be beneficial.
  • Full-Time Working rights in Australia.
  • English Proficiency.
  • Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude.

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum (estimated salary)
