We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and supporting financial advisors.
About the RoleThe Client Services Manager will play a critical role in supporting our financial advisors, acting as a key contact point for day-to-day liaisons with clients. The successful candidate will administer all support aspects of the client advice process within Xplan, including review management, preparation of client review and plan presentation packs, and implementation of advice and trading.
This position involves working directly with our financial advisors and other Client Services Managers within a POD setup, providing support with client and team requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with other financial advisors, associate advisors, and Client Services Managers to deliver exceptional customer service to our clients.
- Assist with the financial advice process from fact-find to implementation, including processing documentation in Xplan and preparing advice documents and forms.
- Support regulatory obligations, including managing fixed-term service agreements, review meetings, and compliance requirements.
- Act as a point of contact for all client communication regarding financial advice in the absence of the advisor.
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and experience using Xplan would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of financial governance, compliance, ethical, and privacy guidelines.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
