Job Title: Client Service Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Client Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Client Service Coordinator, you will provide high-quality service to clients by assisting them in meeting their tax, superannuation and registration obligations.

You will be responsible for interacting with clients over the phone, processing account activities received through various channels, and using good judgment to apply relevant policies and procedures to inform your decision making.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be responsive and adaptable to changing client and business needs, and have the ability to manage competing priorities to deliver outcomes.

As a Client Service Coordinator, you will work as part of a team, sharing your knowledge to collaboratively resolve issues and contribute to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with clients over the phone to assist with their tax, superannuation and registration obligations.
  • Process account activities received through various channels, including phone, paper, web-chat, email and online portals.
  • Use good judgment and apply relevant policies and procedures to inform your decision making.
  • Work as part of a team to share knowledge and collaborate on issue resolution and continuous improvement.
