Current Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and experienced administration professional seeking full time or part time work (0.7FTE min).
Reporting to the Business Operations Specialist, the Client Services Coordinator is responsible for consistently and competently completing a range of regular office related tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Support and assist the team to manage workflow and internal communication.
- Preparation of standard correspondence such as reports and invoicing.
- Client service including reception, coordinating room bookings and diary management
- Preparation of complex MS Word documents including tenders and presentations to promote our services
- Processing of ATO Correspondence
- Perform tasks with a positive outlook and identify where additional help can be offered
- Minimum 2 years experience in a comparable role (Receptionist, PA or Team Assistant)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- A strong customer service focus and demonstrated ability to prioritise workloads
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent skills with MS Office
- Previous experience in a professional services environment will be highly regarded.
