This is a full-time on-site role for a Disability Service Coordinator. The coordinator will be responsible for managing and organizing services for individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing personalized support plans to enhance client independence and personal growth
  • Coordinating with support teams and external agencies to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Managing operations and providing exceptional customer service to clients and their families
  • Facilitating effective communication between all parties involved
  • Providing compassionate care to clients and supporting their overall well-being

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in operations management.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and their families
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with support teams and external agencies
  • Experience in operations management and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • Experience in the disability services sector
