Main Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients, review contracts, and coordinate certifications.
- Maintain accurate records, process audit reports, and update the Company ERP.
- Manage audit scheduling, report distribution, and ensure data integrity.
- Oversee office activities, manage correspondence, and coordinate staff recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
- Address client inquiries, resolve complaints, and track client satisfaction indicators.
- Prepare and present operational and audit reports in regular meetings.
- Manage the collection and reporting of process data to management.
- Coordinate with auditors, manage office staff workloads, and maintain a positive team environment.
