Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns that drive tangible results and enhance customer relationships.
This is a full-time, on-site role at our Melbourne CBD office.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the development of our company's CRM strategy for global markets.
- Design and execute communication plans to improve user experience and player lifecycle stages.
- Collaborate with Content and Marketing teams to identify offers to promote.
- Research and source content to communicate with players.
- Monitor and analyze email/SMS/Webpage Pop Up campaign results, including completing weekly/monthly KPI reports.
- Stay informed of CRM best practices, trends, and tools.
- High-end retention marketing knowledge.
- Patient team player with ability to work across departments.
- An eye for detail, enhancing customer experience through top-line communication.
- Fluent English written and spoken.
- Experience working with creative teams, such as digital design, to prepare visual assets for campaigns.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Excel/Spreadsheet knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with EDM & other CRM marketing tools.
