About the Role:
RACQ is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Engagement Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences for our members, providing tailored solutions across a range of assistance, insurance, and banking products and services.

- Provide exceptional customer service experiences for our members
- Deliver tailored solutions across a range of assistance, insurance, and banking products and services
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
About You:
We are seeking applicants who possess excellent customer service skills, a strong desire to help others, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be eager to learn, happy to deal with members face-to-face and via phone, and have a can-do attitude. Strong written, verbal, and communication skills are essential for this role.
