Senior Clinical Governance Specialist

We are seeking a qualified professional to support the Amplar Health Home Hospital portfolio, providing safe and high-quality care beyond traditional hospital settings.
Main Responsibilities- Drive the expansion of clinical programs while prioritizing patient safety and quality.
- Act as a key stakeholder in projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with clinical governance principles.
- Manage complaints, incidents, and clinical escalations effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement quality improvement initiatives.
You should be a skilled Health Professional with knowledge of Clinical Governance and Quality Assurance. Proven experience in analyzing clinical data and contributing to service improvement initiatives is essential.
A strong background in managing clinical complaints and incidents, and navigating accreditation processes is highly regarded. You should be proactive and comfortable engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Qualifications- Clinical Governance Knowledge: Strong understanding of clinical governance principles and practices.
- Quality Assurance Experience: Proven track record of contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex clinical data.
