In this capacity, you will serve as a vital liaison between clinical stakeholders and organizational leadership, ensuring seamless implementation of governance frameworks that prioritize safety and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Governance Frameworks Implementation: Champion the development and execution of evidence-based governance frameworks, driving continuous quality improvement across Amplar Health's home hospital portfolio.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality initiatives, safeguarding the interests of patients and staff alike.
  • Incident Management: Lead the management of complaints, incidents, and adverse event investigations, providing expert guidance to ensure swift resolution and minimal impact.
  • Quality Improvement Initiatives: Design, implement, and evaluate quality improvement projects, leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Metric Monitoring: Oversee the tracking and reporting of clinical quality and safety metrics, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and business requirements.
  • Credentialing and Accreditation: Support the credentialing, audit, and accreditation processes, upholding rigorous clinical standards and fostering a culture of excellence.

Requirements
