Award-winning Private Healthcare Provider seeks an experienced Clinical Governance Specialist to join their dynamic team.
About the Role:- Oversee clinical governance, ensuring quality service delivery aligns with legislative requirements and company policies.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance, education, and performance management.
- Identify and address incidents, issues, and changes in behavior/health.
- Promote quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Effective communication with stakeholders, including medical staff, allied health professionals, families, and senior management.
- Collaborate with the Facility Manager to drive business outcomes.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Clinical Governance Specialist or equivalent role in aged care.
- Working knowledge of accreditation standards and continuous improvement methodologies.
- AHPRA registration and national police clearance.
- NDIS clearance (can be applied for).
- Full COVID vaccination.
- An attractive salary package up to $120K + Super.
