Senior Clinical Governance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced quality and clinical governance professional to support the delivery of tools, frameworks, and business processes that foster quality clinical and care outcomes.
About the Role- To provide a true partnering service across the organisation to collect and analyse data to enhance service delivery and ensure all clinical and care risks are appropriately mitigated.
- To lead continuous improvement initiatives and be responsible for the integration of strengthened aged care quality standards into clinical and care practices.
- A current AHPRA registration (Nursing) is required.
- An innate understanding of the Aged-Care Quality Standards and/or community care will be highly desirable.
You will have access to full training and support, including all equipment required to succeed in this role.
Additionally, you will be able to salary package up to $18,549 per year to reduce your tax.
