- Role Overview
The FACT and TCT Quality Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening the Quality Management System for the Cellular Therapy stream within the Central Adelaide Local Health Network Cancer Program.
This is a unique opportunity to provide strategic leadership, clinical governance expertise, and guidance that directly supports world-class, patient-centred care.
Working collaboratively with senior leaders and clinical teams, the successful candidate will lead accreditation efforts, champion quality initiatives, and drive continuous improvement to meet national and international standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Leading the development and delivery of the Quality Management System for the Cellular Therapy stream
- Ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety
- Championing quality initiatives and supporting accreditation processes
- Managing risk and driving continuous improvement across the program
Requirements:
- Strategic leadership and clinical governance expertise
- Experience in quality management and accreditation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
