Clinical Governance Lead

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for leading governance systems, education, and frameworks to ensure safe, high-quality care across aged care, nursing, disability, and children's services.
This role offers an opportunity to provide specialist governance advice on clinical programs including palliative care, infection control, and dignity of risk, as well as leadership and support to a multidisciplinary team of case managers and nurse educators.
The Clinical Governance Manager will oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the Clinical Governance Framework, ensuring adherence to Aged Care and NDIS standards and government regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans for clinical governance initiatives.
- Provide specialist advice on clinical programs and lead audits, policy development, and continuous improvement programs.
- Lead the design and delivery of clinical education programs and professional development initiatives.
- Support and maintain complex care planning, conduct clinical assessments, and ensure competency of care staff.
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Minimum 5 years in a clinical governance, quality, or risk leadership role.
- Deep understanding of aged care and disability care frameworks (ACQS, NDIS).
