We are seeking a Clinical Governance Leader to oversee high-quality care delivery through robust governance, risk management, and continuous improvement practices.
This senior clinical position provides leadership, clinical oversight, and support to multidisciplinary teams of Case Managers and Nurse Educators.
The ideal candidate will have current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and continuously improve the Clinical Governance Framework.
- Provide specialist governance advice on clinical programs including palliative care, infection control, and dignity of risk.
- Lead the design and delivery of clinical education programs and professional development initiatives.
- Monitor and respond to clinical risks, incidents, and compliance requirements.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a clinical governance, quality, or risk leadership role.
- Deep understanding of aged care and disability care frameworks.
- Proven clinical leadership capability, including staff mentorship, training, and supervision.
