About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Growth Strategist to join our Business Development team. This is a unique opportunity for a driven and ambitious professional to contribute to the growth trajectory of clients across our national Real Estate practice group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities at a practice, client, and market level
  • Collaborate with client teams to build relationships and drive business development initiatives
  • Share insights within and across client teams and the broader real estate practice
  • Take ownership of executing business development priorities, including leading on agreed projects and initiatives
  • Work closely with the Practice Group Leader, partners, and clients
Requirements
  • Marketing degree or relevant business qualification
  • Three years plus marketing experience, professional services an advantage
  • Strong customer focus and service attitude, demonstrated drive and initiative, ability to manage multiple tasks/projects, a continual improvement mindset
  • Project management skills
  • Stakeholder management and influencing skills
