About the Role

We are seeking an Administrative Officer to join our team at Central Adelaide Local Health Network.

As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Senior Coordinator, PPP Central Administration Team.

You will undertake administrative services that support the centralised outpatient booking service for SA Medical Imaging (SAMI).

The role involves triaging of booking requests for SAMI PPP and providing high-quality information and assistance to customers via telephone, face-to-face and email in compliance with standards, policies and work instructions.

You will work collaboratively with Team members and administrative staff across SAMI and with a range of internal and external stakeholders relative to the Private Provider Panel contractual arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage of booking requests for SAMI PPP
  • Provide high-quality information and assistance to customers
  • Collaborate with Team members and administrative staff

Requirements:

  • Current National Police Clearance (NPC)
  • Working With Children Check (DHS)
  • Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description
