Requirements
- Previous experience in a dynamic customer care or support role, with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills, with a positive outlook and a can-do attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
- A current license and proof of entitlement to work in Australia, as well as a police check and pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test.
