Job Summary

The Vice President of Operations APAC is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the operational performance of 6+ airlines in the APAC region. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent client relationship building skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the operational delivery of airlines in the APAC region, ensuring efficient and timely completion of client requests.
  • Manage strategic initiatives based on business needs and contractual requirements of each client.
  • Continuously monitor Key Performance Indicators to ensure excellent service.
  • Lead the managers and supervisors to resolve operational issues and evaluate the impact of delays on accommodations and sold-out locations.
  • Provide guidance to Operations Center personnel during regular and irregular operations.
  • Develop and implement contingency plans during operational disruptions.
  • Ensure current, accurate information and procedures are utilized, and address operations work methods and problems.
  • Support organizational policies and senior leadership through productive analysis and constructive suggestions.
  • Coach and mentor Operations team members.
Requirements
  • Experience as an Operations Executive in the travel industry, preferably with a background in hotel management.
  • Strong Microsoft Office computer skills, with an emphasis on Excel.
  • Customer service and client relationship background a strong plus.
