About You

You'll possess:

  • 1 - 2 years' in a Strategy Director role in the media agency landscape
  • A proven track record in persuading people view rigorous storytelling that leverages client data to support direction for the bigger picture of best practice
  • Proven baseline of understanding and ability to utilise Planning Tools ('CX suite' including CX tracker, Touchpoints, CX tool plus client 'data hubs' where available will be evaluated as part of onboarding and development)
  • Utilise traditional (e.g. Roy Morgan, AQX) and new (e.g. Socialtools, Netbase) tools effectively to supplement this research.
  • Create robust, tightly argued, seamless, communications proposals – from a brief to proposed executions.
  • Use of insights to generate inspiring, connections platforms and media executions.
  • Extract genuine, but relevant insights (i.e. consumer, cultural, category, and media) from multiple, complex data sources and then articulating that insight in a provocative, engaging way.
  • Ability to leverage performance results as part of building the case for marketing & communications best practice.
