About the Team

The Operations and Service Delivery team is a critical component of our organization, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving operational excellence. Our team is comprised of specialized units that work together to provide a wide range of services to internal and external stakeholders.

About the Role

As the Planning and Resourcing Partner, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless operations across our national programs, courses, and events. You will collaborate closely with the team to oversee the scheduling and coordination of AICD employees and resources, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring efficient logistical management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the entry of all scheduled courses into relevant systems, ensuring accurate booking of onsite rooms and resources.
  2. Source and contract suitable external venues for offsite courses.
  3. Proactively identify and resolve conflicts across schedules and rosters.
  4. Assist the team in forecasting resourcing needs for the Operations and Service Delivery Team.
  5. Manage the weekly rostering of the Operations and Service Delivery Team, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency.
  6. Prepare and present regular reports on workforce metrics and course scheduling.
  7. Ensure schedules, rosters, and calendars are visible and communicated effectively to all relevant teams within AICD.
  8. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to accurately assess and plan for the resourcing needs of the organization.
  9. Coordinate schedules to ensure effective delivery of roadshow events and other organizational initiatives.
  10. Serve as the main contact for internal teams to coordinate and schedule policy leadership events and ensure that resources are allocated effectively.
