Candidate Profile:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a business partnering role.
  • Experience in the FMCG sector or manufacturing is preferred.
  • Degree qualified, with a preference for CA/CPA accreditation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
  • Proactive in resolving issues and addressing challenges.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, proficient in advanced Excel modeling and data management, including familiarity with ERP systems and BI tools.
