About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Partner to join our team at Aon Corporation. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business strategy and optimizing performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with senior leadership and executive teams to provide strategic guidance and support in driving business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Performance Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to improve financial performance, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Reporting and Insights: Design and deliver timely, accurate, and relevant financial reports and insights to stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
  • Strategic Development: Contribute to the development of business strategy, working closely with senior management, external partners, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Financial Acumen: Possess a strong understanding of financial principles, including accounting, financial analysis, and budgeting.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrate a deep understanding of business operations, including strategy, marketing, and sales.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, with a strong track record of driving results and delivering value.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in financial software and systems, including financial planning and analysis tools.
