Position Summary:
We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to enhance our financial operations. This role will be pivotal in collaborating with various teams, utilizing analytical expertise to provide insights that drive informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct timely financial analyses, including both financial and non-financial KPIs.
  • Identify critical business drivers to enhance performance and profitability.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, offering insights and analyses to support decision-making.
  • Monitor and evaluate business performance against established budgets and forecasts.
  • Analyze trends in KPIs, preparing recommendations for strategic business initiatives.
  • Deliver accurate dashboards, reports, and analyses to senior management.
  • Engage in financial modeling to inform strategic planning and operational activities.
  • Review performance metrics regularly, providing insights and promotional impact analyses.
  • Support profitability assessments by category.
  • Assist in analyzing brand versus private label profitability to inform strategic decisions.
  • Contribute to the tender process and pricing decisions.
  • Drive automation of reporting and continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with specialists.
  • Assist in the sales budgeting and forecasting processes.
Candidate Profile:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a business partnering role.
  • Experience in FMCG or manufacturing is preferred.
  • Degree qualified, with a preference for CA/CPA accreditation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive in resolving issues and challenges.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with proficiency in advanced Excel modeling and data coordination.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
