Senior NDIS Residence Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to lead our team of Support Workers as a Senior NDIS Residence Manager for a 12-unit complex.

The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of NDIS legislative requirements, experience in a leadership role, and excellent interpersonal skills to establish positive relationships with stakeholders.

  • Oversee a team of Support Workers and ensure they understand and work towards achieving the organization's missions and values.
  • Roster Support Workers according to participants' goals and participate in the rotating weekend On-Call roster.
  • Ensure accurate Case Notes and provide feedback when necessary.
  • Engage regularly with participants, families, and stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Manage risks, including compliance with relevant policies and NDIS legislative requirements.

  • You embody the organization's values and missions and are committed to excellence in community service.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience supporting people with disabilities and complex needs.
  • You have experience in a Leadership role and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You have a pragmatic approach to conflict resolution and problem-solving.
