**About Us**:
Centred Social Services (CSS) is a compassionate, client-focused organization that provides support to NDIS participants across Western and Greater Western Sydney. We are committed to creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for individuals in Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes. We are seeking reliable and professional cleaners who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of NDIS participants.

As an NDIS House Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment in our Supported Independent Living homes. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. You will need to provide your own cleaning supplies to ensure the best possible results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the house, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and common spaces
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and wiping surfaces
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste responsibly
- Ensuring laundry is cleaned, dried, and folded as needed
- Adhering to specific cleaning schedules for individual homes
- Following any additional requirements from residents or support staff
- Deep end of lease cleans

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a cleaner, preferably within the NDIS or disability care sector
- Must have your own cleaning products and equipment
- A high standard of cleaning and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Good communication skills and a positive, respectful attitude towards residents and staff
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Supplementary Pay:
